Arrival

Access to the estate: the estate is open from 10 am on your arrival day, and the entrance gatehouse is staffed around the clock.

Cottage check-in: from 4 pm on Friday, at the Center Parcs reception. Collect your keys at reception on arrival; each 6-person cottage has three keys and each VIP 4-person cottage has two.

Cars and parking: vehicles are not allowed to drive inside the estate; unloading luggage is allowed on arrival and departure days, then cars return to the free car park at the entrance, with an exception for guests with reduced mobility.

Bikes: you can bring your own bike, and rentals are available on site at the Cycle Center (adult bikes, mountain bikes, children’s bikes); a launderette is next to the Cycle Center.

Departure

Cottage check-out: by Monday 1 February 2027 at 10 am at the latest. When you leave, you can drop your keys at Reception or at the Information Point in the Dôme.

Enjoying the estate: after check-out, participants whose booking covers the stay can enjoy the park and its activities on departure day; outside visitors without a park booking do not have access.

Your cottage’s equipment

VIP 4-person cottage: sheets provided, beds made on arrival, bath towels provided. 6-person cottage: sheets provided, beds not made; bath towels not provided, bring your own.

Equipped kitchen: utensils, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher; tea towels and washing-up liquid not provided; fireplace and TV in the cottage. Important: bring your own condiments for cooking.

Food

In your cottage: equipped kitchen to prepare your meals (see above), and remember your condiments; delivery to your cottage (pizzas, dishes, breakfast) is available via the Center Parcs Déli’Very service.

In the Dôme: nine restaurants, including Italian and pizzas (Il Giardino), French bistro (Le Bistrot des Hauts de Bruyères), McDonald’s, crêperie (Suzette), Factory Café, buffet (Le Marché) and bars; Paul bakery and a Carrefour Express mini-market open 7 days a week for groceries; snack bar at Aqua Mundo (Lagon Café). Restaurants and shops are not included in the festival pass; brands and opening times may change, the official page prevails. Reminder: access to the estate is reserved for guests whose booking covers the stay.

Coming without on-site accommodation

Guests not staying on the estate can attend the parties and classes: go straight to the Espace Tharonne reception (193 rue du Bois Fraisier, Chaumont-sur-Tharonne). They do not have access to the Center Parcs facilities. To enjoy Aqua Mundo, a Center Parcs day ticket must be bought separately, on site at the park entrance.
